The annual fee varies depending on your age. It includes your annual comprehensive physical exam as well as any other appointments you need throughout the year; 24/7 access to Dr. Levitan for questions and care; guaranteed same-day or next-day appointments; and virtual visits when convenient and appropriate. 

There are no additional fees for in-person visits, virtual visits or communication with Dr. Levitan.

During your visits with Dr. Levitan, you can expect a comprehensive evaluation of your health, which includes a review of your medical history, a physical exam, and orders for any necessary laboratory or imaging tests. Based on your individual needs and goals, Dr. Levitan will develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle changes, or other interventions. He will spend quite a bit of time providing you with clear guidance and education.

Appointments can be made by calling, texting, or emailing the office. Whichever method is most convenient for you works for us! 

Appointments with Dr. Levitan last as long as needed. A typical wellness or annual exam lasts 90 minutes. Follow-up and sick visits often last between 60 and 90 minutes. Appointments are always unhurried. 

You can receive care at any hospital you choose and Dr. Levitan will be available communicate with hospital-based physicians as needed and appropriate. 

Insurance does not cover the annual fee. However, any additional services (such as blood work) that you may need will be directly billed to your insurer. This works the same way as it does in traditional medical practices. Dr. Levitan accepts most major insurers and Medicare.
